Mr. Charles Tong was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Sing-Ed in December 2024. He joined the organization as Senior Vice President in September 2021 and brings over 30

years of experience in education, spanning both public and private schools, as well as private educational institutions. Mr. Tong has held leadership roles as CEO, Superintendent,

and Principal, overseeing learning organizations that integrate Early Years, Primary, Secondary, and Pre-tertiary education. He has been instrumental in driving growth and

creating pathways that benefit learners. In his previous roles, he successfully transformed a school, guiding it to achieve IB World School status and top academic results within just two years, while also expanding it into a full primary school.
